Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items during transit. You will need to contact your local USPS and file a claim directly with them. You can work directly with the carrier to locate a lost package. If your package is returned due to an address related issue, you will be refunded for the order minus shipping costs.

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. If you feel that a return is necessary, you can submit a request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused and in its original packaging.

To submit a return request, please send us a message via the "Contact Us" option, including the order details and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
